Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at LYRICSSTORE. We are committed to delivering your custom lyrical streetwear as quickly and efficiently as possible.

1. Order Processing & Production (The POD Process)

  • Since we operate on a Print-on-Demand (POD) model, every product is printed only after an order is placed.

  • Standard production time typically takes 2 to 4 business days before the item is ready for dispatch.

  • Once production is complete, you will receive a notification with your tracking details.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

  • After the production phase, shipping usually takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location within India.

  • Total Estimated Time: You can expect your order to arrive within 5 to 10 business days from the date of purchase.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India (subject to current promotions).

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): A nominal COD handling fee may be applied at checkout to cover additional processing costs from our courier partners.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email address or mobile number.

  • You can track your package in real-time through our delivery partner’s portal.

5. Delivery Failures & RTO (Return to Origin)

  • Our courier partners will attempt to deliver the package up to 3 times.

  • If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or refusal to accept the package, it will be returned to the origin (RTO).

  • Re-shipping an RTO package may incur additional shipping charges to be borne by the customer.

6. Order Splitting

  • If you order multiple items, they may occasionally arrive in separate packages depending on the production cycle of each specific design.
